We would kindly ask our guests to consider the following information.
CHECK-IN
Your apartment will be ready from 15:00 onwards. Please arrive no later than 19:00.
CHECK-OUT
We kindly ask that you leave your rooms by 10:00 on the day of your departure.
PARKING
We can offer generous parking spots (open-air).

VILLAGE TAX
2,60 € per person and night (only applies to guests over 15 years)
NON-SMOKING
Our entire house is a non-smoking zone (including all apartments). Should you wish to smoke, we would ask you to use the balconies.
CANCELLATIONS
The terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Association apply. They can be found HERE in various languages.
ADVANCE PAYMENT
Once you decide to book an apartment, we ask you to make an advance payment of 200,00 € to our bank account. You will find our bank contact information on your booking confirmation. Possible incurred cancellation costs can be covered by a travel cancellation insurance.
DEPOSIT
We will ask you for a deposit of 100,00 € on the day of your arrival. This is to guarantee careful behaviour and use of the equipment in the apartments. The deposit will of course be returned upon your departure, subject to the general house rules.
PAYMENT TYPE
We only accept cash payment.
